Mid Market Pre Sales Consultant


Reports to: Product Director


Position Objectives

The Mid Market Pre-Sales Consultant will support NetReturn's NetSuite product sales teams in the sales process. You will get to meet with many business operators to discuss their requirements and later to present a solution, and in general be responsible for the following tasks:


Responsibilities

  • Support sales efforts from needs analysis to close and maintain positive internal/external customer relations.
  • Translate functional and technical benefits into business benefits for prospects and customers in various industry verticals.
  • Clearly articulate the value of NetSuite's applications through demonstrations to small business owners, accountants, consultants and C-level audiences on a regular basis.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of NetSuite's hosted CRM / ERP application software products.
  • Provide basic software operational support and problem isolation. Work with professional services to assure a smooth transition from pre-sales to the post-sales implementation environment.
  • Provide input to other cross-functional departments relating to customer issues, requests and enhancements as needed.
  • Position requires significant time management abilities with an aptitude for multitasking. Includes a commission plan relating to monthly team sales.

Requirement

  • Three or more years of pre-sales experience selling CRM / ERP applications.
  • Experience in mid-market applications preferred.
  • Preferred application experience (one or more): SAP Business One, Oracle e-Business suite, PeopleSoft, Great Plains, SalesForce.com or Siebel.
  • Working Knowledge of XML, Web Services and Java script an Advantage.
  • CPA or MBA or MS (Computer Science) preferred.
  • Demonstration of past assistance in quota achievement for sales teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with end users, peers, and management.
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, self-motivated, fast learner, personable and diplomatic.
