The Customer (Technical) Support Team

The Support Team consists of four skilled staff members who uphold a high standard of customer service and enjoy the challenge each customer case might bring. The customer support representatives have experience working with software systems, customisation, programming, hosted applications and troubleshooting computer problems.

The teams qualifications include degrees and diplomas in IT and business management, and combined with their passion to find the right solution for their customers, creates a professional level of service provided by each support representative.
