Combining business acumen with technical savvy, these executives guide the talented employees at NetReturn to enable customers in Australia and New Zealand to have confidence in their NetSuite software solution and the ongoing support of the development and growth of their businesses.
Andrew Birch
Position: Chief Executive Officer
Andrew has over 10 years’ experience as a Director and CEO, as well as extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sector.
Most recently he was CEO and Director of the Advanced Group Company. The Advanced Group Company was formed after the buyout of four separate companies in the technical services industry.
Before this, Andrew was Director of the Network and Technology Group at Vodafone Australia, where he was responsible for a budget of $780 million and over 1,700 employees. During this time Andrew achieved year-on-year growth and budget targets, as well as overseeing Vodafone’s purchase of 3G spectrum.
Andrew also held the position of Director of Operations at Honeywell Australia, directing and controlling the business activities of the Building Control Group. As well as achieving all growth and profit targets, Andrew also negotiated four separate enterprise bargaining agreements, favourable to Honeywell, with union representatives.
Lucia Pak
Position: Finance Director
Lucia joined NetReturn in November 2005 and has enjoyed being an active part of the company’s growth and development. She has extensive experience in the software industry, with previous roles working for companies in Digital and Security Infrastructure and Location Intelligence Software.
At NetReturn, Lucia is responsible for all things Finance and Compliance and is always a willing and able NetSuite product resource for our Client Support and Sales teams.
Adrian Wong
Position: Services Director
Adrian has been with NetReturn since July 2004. With 20 years’ experience in the software industry, Adrian has a clear purpose within the business based on the importance of a return on investment in technology. With a previous work history around product development and project management, Adrian has an outstanding ability to build sustainable and practical solutions to customers' business problems.
Adrian manages the services end of the NetReturn business which encompasses the PreSales team, Professional Services (implementations) and Client Support.
Chris Rodowicz
Position: Sales and Marketing Director
Chris has over 15 years’ experience in the Software Services industry and has very strong strategic management and customer service skills. His number one priority is to achieve great results for our clients and he does everything he can to fulfil their needs.
Chris is the ultimate team player, and leads our Sales and Marketing teams with professionalism and focussed energy to ensure that they too are working for the best solutions for end users and businesses alike.
